Our goal is to strengthen Germany as a business hub through technological advancement and to position companies for a successful future. Throughout our decades of existence, we have always been two things: technology-driven and innovation-oriented. Since 1989, we have been supporting the digital transformation of companies both in Germany and internationally—a level of continuity that is rare for an IT consultancy of our size in Germany. Founded by Stephan Huthmacher—who moved to the Supervisory Board in 2025 and now serves as the spokesperson for the founding family—we are a family-run business with nearly 40 years of experience. Our success is rooted in our consistent ability to identify the business challenges of the future well in advance and translate them into concrete solutions.
