Conditions of participation for events

of Comma Soft AG, Pützchens Chaussee 202-204a, 53229 Bonn.

Registration

Participation in the event is only possible for the defined target group. Registration is subject to written confirmation by the organizer. If a registration cannot be considered, the registered person will be informed accordingly. Registration takes place exclusively via the registration form on our website.

Service

The event includes documents, lunch and drinks during breaks. Comma Soft AG reserves the right to replace announced speakers with others and to make necessary changes to the event program while maintaining the overall character of the event. If it is not possible to hold the event due to force majeure, the inability of a speaker to attend, disruptions at the event venue or insufficient numbers of participants, the participants will be informed immediately. Cancellation due to an insufficient number of participants shall be made no later than two weeks before the event. Claims for compensation for travel and accommodation costs and loss of working hours are excluded, unless such costs are incurred due to gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Comma Soft AG.

Program changes

The organizer reserves the right to change the program at short notice.

Image and video recordings

This event will be partially documented in image and sound. By participating, you agree that this image and sound material may be published free of charge on the Internet, in brochures and other media. Please inform us if you wish to object to this. (Contact: Anja.Czekala@comma-soft.com)

Data storage

By registering for the event, the participant consents to his/her personal data being stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data will be used for the purpose of organizing and processing the event and for information on other Comma Soft AG events. By registering, the participants expressly consent to the storage and processing of their personal data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for the aforementioned purposes. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. The participant may object to the storage, processing, forwarding and/or publication of their personal data to the organizer at any time in writing, by fax or e-mail. List of participants

A list of registered participants (company, first and last name, position, location) will be published at the event. By registering, you agree to the publication of the aforementioned data on the list of participants. You can of course revoke this declaration of consent. To do so, please send an e-mail to Anja.Czekala@comma-soft.com no later than two weeks before the date of the event.

Copyrights

All documents relating to our events are protected by copyright. Participants are only granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use. In particular, participants and third parties are not permitted to change the content or editing of the documents – even in part – or to use modified versions, copy them for third parties, make them publicly accessible or forward them, post them on the Internet or other networks for a fee or free of charge, imitate them, resell them or use them for commercial purposes. Any copyright notices, labels or trademarks may not be removed.

Liability

Participants attend the event at their own risk. The liability of the organizer or the persons commissioned by them for damages, in particular for those resulting from accidents, damage, loss or theft, is excluded, unless the damage is based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the organizer or its vicarious agents or on injury to life, limb or health.

Final provision

Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by the valid and enforceable provision which the contracting parties intended to achieve with the invalid or unenforceable provision.
