New Corporate Structure, New IT

As part of a comprehensive corporate restructuring, our client decided to rebuild their existing IT infrastructure. The challenge lay in creating a completely independent and self-sufficient IT environment—one that would meet the current demands of the modern workplace while establishing a robust, secure foundation for future innovation. Designing a new IT organization and its underlying structures from the ground up proved to be a significant undertaking, especially given the requirements to minimize business disruption and adhere to tight timelines.

Global connectivity: 100,000 employees worldwide securely connected through the use of the latest cloud technologies.
Efficient processes: Redesign and implementation of key IAM processes, including those for joiners, movers, leavers, rehires, and emergency departures.
Scalable solutions: Introduction of a group-wide secure mailing solution and migration of mailboxes to M365/Exchange Online.
End-user guides: Publication of over 50 group-wide “end-user guides” to keep all affected users informed.
