Philipp is responsible for the entire recruiting process and employer branding/event management in Comma Soft's HR department and is a sparring partner for the Management Board, executives, and employees on all HR-related, labor law and organizational issues. His work focuses on the strategic management, delivery, optimization, and digitization of the entire recruiting process across all business units. The main emphasis is on identifying and recruiting highly qualified and motivated top talent – from young professionals to experienced managers.
