Ayda heads the Digital Workplace division at Comma Soft and, together with her team, supports clients from a wide range of industries in designing, introducing, and establishing a modern digital workplace. In addition to the technological aspects, her work particularly hones in on the human factor: modern device & data management, cloud & security, and change & adoption management enable employees to work together effectively, regardless of devices, location or time. This increases productivity throughout the company. Ayda previously worked as a senior IT consultant at Comma Soft, advising customers on numerous digitization projects.
