Katrin is responsible for a wide range of human resources processes at Comma Soft, including personnel planning, recruitment and development. In recruiting, she supports Comma Soft's growth by attracting highly qualified specialists and managers and also handles employer branding. Katrin is a sparring partner for the Executive Board, managers and employees with regard to all strategic and operational personnel-related issues.
