Valentin is responsible for the Insurance & Health Consulting division at Comma Soft. He is particularly interested in how companies can use machine learning and other new technologies to optimize processes and gain insights from their data. He attaches great importance to goal-oriented project management and close coordination with specialist departments. Valentin also oversees Comma Soft's Data Literacy Training program. These training sessions strengthen the cross-departmental data literacy of employees. This lays the groundwork for the successful introduction and operationalization of data-driven business processes.
