Best of Consulting: 1st place for innovative IT infrastructure project in the automotive industry

This award is a great success for our company - and proof of the transformative power that digitalization can have in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment.
Cloud-optimized infrastructure with high security requirements
We carried out our award-winning project for a leading player in the automotive industry: We used innovative technologies and a strategic “greenfield” approach to rebuild and optimize IT infrastructures. By completely separating the IT systems and creating an entirely new, cloud-optimized infrastructure, our client is now able to take full advantage of a modern, scalable and secure IT landscape.
The challenge: a new IT start with a greenfield approach
When our client decided to rebuild its existing IT infrastructure as part of a comprehensive corporate restructuring, we were faced with a challenging task: our mission was to create a completely independent and self-sufficient IT environment that would not only keep pace with the increasing demands of the modern working world, but also enable future innovations.
The greenfield approach meant that we were able to develop the client’s IT architecture from scratch. Instead of simply duplicating existing systems, we designed a bespoke solution that integrated the latest cloud technologies and zero-trust security concepts. This allowed us to create a future-proof infrastructure that ensures maximum flexibility and security.
The solution approach: security, cloud optimization and zero trust
One of the central pillars of our project was the security concept. With a zero-trust architecture, we created an environment that fully meets the high security requirements of our customer. The zero-trust approach, in which every access is checked and verified, enabled us to achieve a new level of security that reliably protects both employees and company data.
In addition, we pursued a cloud-first strategy that enables access to important applications and data worldwide and offers scalable solutions that can react quickly to future requirements. The use of the latest technologies made it possible to securely connect over 100,000 employees worldwide and ensure fast, reliable access to critical information – a huge advantage that paves the way for the digital workplace of the future.
The implementation: teamwork and expert knowledge as success factors
This project would not have been possible without the close cooperation between our team and the project participants on the customer side. Clear communication and transparent project management enabled us to achieve our goals despite tight schedules and high security requirements. From architects to security experts and change managers – the project team relied on a wide range of expertise and in-depth industry knowledge to master every challenge in a targeted manner.

The result of our commitment is a self-sufficient IT infrastructure that meets the requirements of a globally active company – and at the same time unleashes innovation potential. With a flexible, cloud-based platform, the customer is ideally equipped for future digital challenges. Modern security solutions and scalable applications enable a faster response to market changes and create a secure basis for digital transformation in the automotive industry.
