As Head of INFONEA Customer Services, Roger is responsible for strategic customer consulting for the BI platform BI-Plattform INFONEA®. He supports customers from the insurance, healthcare and other industries in holistically supporting their business processes with data and analytics. Roger has more than 25 years of experience in BI and is considered one of the "fathers" of INFONEA and INFONEA transact, as well as the in-memory technology underlying these solutions. His technical specialization includes the development, migration and operationalization of complex BI solutions.
